I'm Emilee. I'm 26 years old and currently live in Chambersburg, PA with my amazing husband Matthew and our sweet babes Finnley and Rowan.

My love for photography began quite a few years ago at the age of 11 when I got my first [lime green] point-and-shoot and would spend hours in my room taking pictures of my American Girl Dolls posed in front of sheets hung from my closet doors.

I like to think I have come quite a ways since then, and I am now loving life as I shoot weddings, senior portraits, engagements, maternity shoots, families, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. I am obsessed with natural lighting but more than anything I strive to capture the true essence of the person/couple/family I'm shooting, and tell their story through my pictures.

I can truly say that I've never felt more alive than when I have a camera in my hand and am capturing life happen for my clients. Whether it's traipsing through a field at golden hour with a sweet couple hand in hand, in a hospital room during a Fresh 48 session with the soft beeping of machines and sweet coos from a newborn, or in a beautiful suite with an excited bride and her girls getting ready for her best day ever- I absolutely love every. single. moment. I get to experience with this job.

 

There is nothing I love more than spending time with the people I love. Family is everything to me and the love of my family and friends is what inspires and motivates me every single day.

But most of all, I love Jesus. I owe all I am and all I have to Him.
